My size 20 trousers have to go . . .

Since Jan this year I have lost a stone in weight. I am pleased with myself because it was hard work. Sadly I am still a size twenty so now I need to go for the next stone. (Basically I have about 6 stone to lose in total but I can't contemplate that.) I got a little scared yesterday when I realised that my comfortable belt felt a tiny bit tight and I realised I do NOT want to gain weight again. SO I am taking a stand.

I am going to start logging my food intake again on mfp and do a 30 min power walk every day.

3 healthy meals a day and no alcohol.

I am getting desperate to get back into my size 18 trousers. Then I will tackle the size 16's. I think I can drop one dress size by the end of August.

Any encouragement would be really appreciated.

Good for you - we have a support thread running (s16 to s10) come and join us. You've proved that you can diet Nd lose weight you just need to stick with it now (easier said than done as I well know!)

Wow well done on losing a stone! I am currently squeezing myself into a size18 but know I have to do something. What is mfp?

mfp = myfitnesspal. A website where you can enter your food intake and exercise and it calculates calories and weightloss predictions. Has a list of your friends so you can encourage each other.

I think at xmas I was really squeezing myself into a size 20 when I was a 22. So now my clothes fit okay but I am still fat fat fat.
