Since Jan this year I have lost a stone in weight. I am pleased with myself because it was hard work. Sadly I am still a size twenty so now I need to go for the next stone. (Basically I have about 6 stone to lose in total but I can't contemplate that.) I got a little scared yesterday when I realised that my comfortable belt felt a tiny bit tight and I realised I do NOT want to gain weight again. SO I am taking a stand.
I am going to start logging my food intake again on mfp and do a 30 min power walk every day.
3 healthy meals a day and no alcohol.
I am getting desperate to get back into my size 18 trousers. Then I will tackle the size 16's. I think I can drop one dress size by the end of August.
Any encouragement would be really appreciated.
