I used to only manage 5 mins on treadmill before getting breathless. I've been doing classes Zumba etc 45mins x3 per week and today managed to run 20mins without getting out of puff at all.
My clothes are looser and I feel happier. All within 6 weeks of exercising.
I am the laziest couch potato ever and love junk food if I can do it YOU can too.
So if you want to make a change do it, just a DVD three times a week in a few weeks I guarantee you will be happier, healthier and motivated.

You wrote that at just the right time.

I lost 8 pound, I started to excersise then due to various things I went back to binge eating and no excersise. I put back on most of that weight Sad

I am now ready to get back to it. I want to do this. I want my clothes to fit.

Everytime I try anything on I feel like crying! Things need to change.
