I used to only manage 5 mins on treadmill before getting breathless. I've been doing classes Zumba etc 45mins x3 per week and today managed to run 20mins without getting out of puff at all.
My clothes are looser and I feel happier. All within 6 weeks of exercising.
I am the laziest couch potato ever and love junk food if I can do it YOU can too.
So if you want to make a change do it, just a DVD three times a week in a few weeks I guarantee you will be happier, healthier and motivated.
