You need to change your diet and concentrate on it being the way your going to live your life. Read loads about how food is needed to nurish your body and its not there as a friend or "treat". Food is there for one reason to live and we all enjoy food and overeat and treat ourselves but not on a regualar basis. Treats are once a week. Be aware of your intake of calories, sugar & carbs (no excuses). Think before you stuff your mouth.

Keep a diary, sit at the table as a family, eat smaller portions and eat slower. Buy on the basics but make sure they are the best you can afford (go to the proper butchers and buy nice cuts), you dont need crisps, fizzy drinks etc. Plan your meals, read food magazines, look at recipes on-line (BBC etc). Think about how food is made, animal welfare, food waste, pressure on your body, and it all matters.

Remember you control your body, not the other way around. You can re-train your mind and only eat when you supposed to.

You need interests and hobbies and at your age your lucky you can change things, plan a future, go to college, train at the gym for the perfect body but concentrate on focusing your mind dont let food control you.

Hope that helps x
