I have been upping my workouts at the gym and home. Normally do 3 spin classes, 1 1/2 body pump and 1hr p/t a week. Also do shred level 3 5/6 times a week.
I have lost inches around my waist and thighs. However I am gaining weight!!!
I am not the biggest eater in the world. Have tried to up my protein, drink at least 3ltr of water a day but getting no weight loss results 
Any ideas? Getting so frustrated by the scales!!
