Gaining weight but losing inches???

I have been upping my workouts at the gym and home. Normally do 3 spin classes, 1 1/2 body pump and 1hr p/t a week. Also do shred level 3 5/6 times a week.

I have lost inches around my waist and thighs. However I am gaining weight!!!

I am not the biggest eater in the world. Have tried to up my protein, drink at least 3ltr of water a day but getting no weight loss results Sad

Any ideas? Getting so frustrated by the scales!!

Muscle weighs more than fat, and with all that exercise it sounds like you are gaining muscle. According to BMI charts athletes are overweight as they have so much muscle. Stay away from the scales.
