I have totally flat stomach Smile with lovely definition.

No need to run, all about cutting body fat (would recommend low carb as it does specifically seem to target stomach fat) and do lots of core exercise, which might be possible depends on what your injury was.

Oh get you with your flat rum, v. Jealous. Basically my foot is fecked with plantar fasciitis . I really don't think I can go completely low carb but have reduced my intake. Ie no bread etc.

I've got a belly that looks a bit like a smiley face, and I have to tuck it in my knickers if that makes you feel any better! Blush

savy57 · 25/06/2012 19:22

:D at shutupanddrive mines is fairly similar its just wrinkly and disgusting :( but I always look like I'm 6 months pregant and that's me with exercise and managed to slim down to a size 10 but the belly doesn't budge

FartBlossom · 25/06/2012 19:30

sounds like me savy57 Ive always looked pregnant, even before I had babies. Hell, even while I was a size 8. Am now a size 14 to 16 depending on item of clothing and still look pregnant.

I dont tend to get any fat in other areas just my belly, but I refuse to give up carbs. I've always eaten them and always will. Ive not long been running and just started the Paul McKenna thing. Im also always holding my tummy in while walking anywhere to try to tone it up a bit, I hate sit-ups so am not going to do that. While I am willing to do the odd thing, I refuse to spend too long trying to get a flat belly because it has never been flat and I know it never will. Ive finally got to the point where I just dont care as much any more. Although I must admit that will change as it always does.

Mines horrendous.

Looks like an apron.

Covered in stretch marks thanks to pregnancy and hair thanks to pcos.

I don't look at it unless absolutely unavoidable.

Caerlaverock · 25/06/2012 19:48

Mine has completely popped out due to not running quite horrific. Might dig out my Pilates dvd
