Did anyone else see the guide to the walkactive program that was free with the telegraph last week. It is a plan to transform body shape (esp abs and posture) acheived in 28 days by walking , doing some abs work and avoiding carbs in the evening. I'm starting tomorrow. Anyone want to join me?

I've never heard of this and it sounds good but her website is all members only. Anyone know more about it?

Look on joannahall.com for some info, they do one day couses or longer ones. This was a free dvd and booklet. You basically walk with better posture using all your foot (heel ball the push off from toes) and extend your hip behind you to push off. There are some core ab exercises as well. Quite a gradual increase in walking time and no of carb curfews a week.
