Scales not budging

I have been rigidly doing ww for 3 weeks and not really lost anything. Feeling a bit despondent about the whole thing. I used to run a lot but have a foot injury and have ballooned which of course exasperates the foot injury. Sigh

Try something different. What are you eating?

Caerlaverock · 21/06/2012 12:04

I eats of of things! But deffo sticking to the ones. Have cereal for breakfast, pita with tuna for lunch, veg chilli for dinner that sort of thing. Scales did budge a tiny bit today but I think that is just because I am about to get my period.

Hi Caerlaverock. I too was feeling the same way when I couldn't see any changes but the changes started to gradually come up. I used to easily loose weight and I always felt it was easy to loose, easy to gain sigh but not it is hard to loose, easy to gain so I have to be careful with what I eat. Hope you feel better. Wishing you good luck.

Switch cereal for eggs and pita for salad. What snacks are you having?

Use myfitnesspal instead. You can eat whatever you like as long as you don't go over your 1200 calories a day. I lost two stone in 10 weeks.

I think your diet too high in carbs and too low in protein.
