Slimming world online - is it worth the price?

Hello

I want to lose around 1 stone. I need some sort of structured plan to follow and was thinking of doing slimming world as have heard good things about it in the past. Online membership ranges from 60 to 80 pounds for three months so is a lot of money. Only the 80 pounds option includes the books. Has anyone else used it and would you recommend it? I definitely don't want to go to a class.

Thank you

I would not recommned it. I tried it for the same reasons as you. I would recommned minimins to find out what it is all about and support.

I would join a class as you'll get books you need and online membership. Stay for first one then just go and get weighed then go for subsequent ones then just £5 a week and don't have to pay loads for the books.
