Dear lovely mums and carers, I am a happily engaged mum (post c section) of a 7 month old but am really big. got a bmi of 37 so a whopping 6 stone to lose. Was brought up a veghan and a fan of tasty spicy good quality low gi food (how come your so fat i hear you ask...lol, all i can say is i must eat way too much and loads of crap and be in a state of denial) golower plan looks really good and would cost probably less then i end up spending anyway. saw some interesting threads on it that looked really positive, any recent thoughts/reports? i super need the solidarity, getting married summer 2014, trying for another baby spring 2013 and have a defunch right leg from car accident that needs operation only possible if i lose weight big time and feeling like a fat mingo so cant wait to get started, luckily very supportive non judging fiance, family and friends x talk to me lol
