Activia fat free yogurts are free

Seems odd that the Aldi ones are so high

40thisisit · 16/06/2012 18:35

No way, that's rubbish, x

Rubirosa · 16/06/2012 18:38

Lots of fat free stuff means high sugar - fat is better for you.

foreverondiet · 16/06/2012 22:54

Is there added sugar?

re: budget, Tesco value natural yoghurt, no added sugar, 1.5g fat per 100g and only 55p for 500ml! Don't do slimming world so no idea of syns, most flavoured yoghurts have added sugar (and well as sweetner, including activia) so I only eat natural ones.

Ponders · 16/06/2012 22:58

Aldi do their own (nice, cheap) version of Activia - might be worth checking those out

Some of the weight watchers ones (not the desert ones) are free.
