calorie counting - weight plateau - how can I break it?

I'm actually quite chuffed, got a personal trainer and I've been working very hard and manged to lose 12 pounds in the last 10 weeks. However, for the last 3/4 weeks my weight has stayed the same. What am I doing wrong? I'm eating roughly 1300 calories and my workouts with the pt are intense. He stepped it up when I said I wasn't losing anymore weight. TBH I couldn't have done anymore in today's workout. I also go to a gym circuits class, body pump and try to do some cardio myself at the gym. Why have I hit a plateau, I'm getting scunnered, although I'm actually enjoying the gym for the first time (my PT is great) but please help....

What are you eating? I found that despite sticking to the calories if I ate too much of my calories as carbs I hit a plateau.

I'm trying to up my protein, might give cutting back on carbs a go. I've cut down on toast and sandwiches and I'm eating Weightwatchers bread.

I hit a plateau about 1.5 stones pre target. Lost nothing for 6 weeks or so. I shaved 50-100 cal off my daily intake, switched religiously to porridge for breakfast and continued to run. The next 10 lb came offquitequickly.
I posted similar to this and someone said just see it out and you'll catch up with yourself. She was right.

Stop eating processed foods eg weight watchers products. And stop eating wheat, and sugar. Increase protein.

If I cut carbs too much will I still have energy to work out?

I log om mfp - always over on protein and under on carbs and fat. Maybe I just have to wait it out?

I changed the targets on mfp as I found too carb heavy - now set at 100g for boths carbs and protein. Even then I see 100g carbs as a maximum and 100g protein as minimum, sometimes up to 150g protein.

I have done triathlons eating this way and this week have run home from work (12km) today spin class, run 2km and swum 80 lengths, plus 2 other gym trips with weights. My diet is moderate carb not low carb though, def not ketosis.
