I have lost a stone, which is great, except I had lost a stone by the middle of feb and I have been putting on and losing the same pound since then it is driving me to distraction. I start off the week all motivated and then I just stop tracking. Maybe ww isnt for me, but I still need to dosomething, I have another 2.5 stone to go and I would really like to have lost it by the end of the year.

Why do you stop tracking? I know it can be tedious I've been doing ww for 13 months. Can you plan a treat for yourself towards the end of the week to motivate you? Are you planning your meals?

I do plan my meals, I have my journal open on my desk at the side of me but for some stupid reason I just stop. I am starting to get really annoyed with myself I know I can do this but the fact that I am stopping myself is not making me feel good abbout myself.

How do you think you can get yourself motivated? Can you set out your food for the day and track it all in the morning? Or even the night before?
If you're planning your meals then you can track them in advance.
do you stop tracking because you run out of points?

I thin k I probably do stop tracking becasue I run out of points. I try to plan everything, but then I really want a bun, or a bag of crisps, then once I have had one thats it I want another.

I am going to try to plan a lot better this week, I have to take my tracker in for the leader to look at next week so I had better fill it in, I wonder if he threat that someone is going to look at it will make me make better food choices.

I have made a lovely carrot and orange soup for tea and am making some fresh rolls to go with it.

I go away in 7 weeks, I should be able to lose a stone by then so I think that should be a good motviator. I have to snap out of this flat phase its embarrasing (I help out at meetings so really should be losing weight)
