Hi When my first child was a baby (whispers 16/17 years ago) I lost a fair bit of weight with SW . I really haven't the money to join so i am just trying to do it by myself
What I recollect is
green day (unlimited potato, pasta, rice)
or red day (unlimited lean meat and fish)
Free food = fruit and veg
'Two for you' - I always chose 2 slices of wholemeal bread
healthy extras - Which I think was a tiny bit of cheese or maybe a bit of ,meat on a green day or potato on a red day

is that about right?

Go on to www.minimins.com. Fantastic site and you will gain all the knowledge you need plus lots of support on there. Some fab recipes too.

I've just started - its changed a fair bit! Now have extra easy in addition to the rest which is very straightforward! You could pay a tenner, get all the stuff at the first meeting then not go again and do it at home?
