Don't know why I'm humilliating myself by admitting this, but my stats are:
Height 5'3"
Weight 13st 3lbs
Size 18/20 UK

Need to do something. Its getting me down now.
Been diagnosed with thyroid problem about a year ago. Hoped once I started the meds the weight would come off, but alas not the case :(

Weight as of this morning 8st 1 lbs. Am size 8. I do see myself as slim now. I used to be curvy but morphing into more of a boy shape now. I do love curves but am glad to be rid of love handles, bingo wings and back fat. Unfortunately when I weigh more, that is what I get. Have been working very hard exercise wise since Jan and have lost 1st 4lbs. I used to feel very down about my "baby weight", hated clothes shopping, wore baggy clothes etc. My fitness pal is very inspiring for those who want to get started by the way. I started with 30 day shred and have worked my way into harder workouts...all done at home by the way, no gym!
