I am desperate to lose weight and tone up. I have done Jillian Michaels but find that it is bulking me up and making me too muscly and am wondering if callanetics is the next step. I used to be a swimmer but as i have now stopped i have lost all tone and wonder if callanetics is the next step. Any advice would be appreciated

Try slimming world. Its just basically eating healthily. It's very easy to follow. You can eat as much as you want to an extent. If you follow it completly you will not go hungry, you can eat anything you want and you will loose weight. I lost just over 2 stone on it and am keeping it off. If you do swimming also or pilates you will soon be trim. :)

I am doing calanetics as well as calorie counting, between the two i have lost 5 inches from my hips and 4 from my waist in 12 weeks, i am walking briskly for at least an hour 5 times a week though as i have tons of weight to lose.
