Anyone tried 'spa slim capsule' machine? I need to reduce my tummy ASAP.

Has anyone tried one of these or able to offer quick fix solution to win Or disguise the battle of the tummy bulge for social occasion in 10 days? Help x

I have. In my opinion, a waste of money. You will lose maybe an inch but only short term. Spanx will give you a much better result in 10 days!

Valeria how many sessions did you have? They are suggesting quite a few sessions in a 4 to 6 week period so quite pricey. I tried the free taster session and towards the end of the session quite liked it especially the relaxation part at the end. But does sound very gimmicky.

I agree, it is pleasant but won't change your body. I don't remember how many I did. I was alternating it with anti-cellulite massage followed by wraps. Now THAT works but hurts like hell if done properly. Even then, you should do at least 10 and not more than 3 per week. You'll be too sore to have it every day anyways :-)
