I just eat whatever at the minute. Need to lose about 3 stone which is weight I have put on after giving birth to DS (nearly 2 years ago) because I am now too skint and tired to exercise. 
I know, I know.. I just need to eat healthily and force myself to exercise.
However, has anyone tried a diet that has flooded them with energy? I would kill for that feeling right now. It doesn't help that DS is a rubbish sleeper and wakes at 5am. I can't face going for a run before he gets up and am spent at 7pm after half a day at work and half a day with a livewire toddler.
