Argh. I was 15 stone - went down to 11.7 stone and am now creeping back. My target is 10 stone.

Fuck I do not know where to start. I want to just curl up for six months and wake up slim.

I am 5ft 6" and a large size 16.

You can do it. You have done it once you can do it again.

have you tried "myfitnesspal" it is brilliant and its free.

11.10 here Sad at 5ft 1, so a real porker!

At the start of the year I weighed over 17 stone. Now 14 st 5 and a bit! Let's do it together! I have a list of lovely treats and am allowing myself something every half a stone. (not food!)

Second myfitnesspal! I lost just under two stone of post baby weight in twelve weeks using it!

I know this sounds ridiculous, but do your teeth need straightening?

The reason I am asking this is that I have a friend who was a large size 18 with crooked teeth. She did a slimming plan for six months and got down to a size 12. Then she crept back up over the next two years to a size 16.

Then four years ago, she decided to get her teeth straightened. The weight just dropped off her. She stopped snacking and only ate certain foods. She got down to an 8. But because the teeth straightening took a couple of years (lingual braces that weren't obvious to other people) the eating habits became ingrained. She tells me it is the very best dieting plan ever.

Two years on, and she is still a size 8. With straight teeth :)

Thanks! I am breast feeding though so I was allowed an extra 500 calories a day. But I just made sure I stuck to my 1700 and went for a good walk at least every other day! Was a relief to get the weight off- now just have to maintain it.

Thanks so much ladies.

Just feel like such a loser and like I am always the biggest person around...
Ok. I will get through the half term, eating normally (but not pigging out).

Then get back on fitness pal and start eating healthy meals/ walking and running. Although I was heavier last month I was running 1.5 miles every morning. Think I will go back to doing that 3 times a week...

I had a really good week two weeks ago but PUT ON half a pound. Lost my resolve and have eaten everything in sight since. Now heavier again.

I feel out of control Confused

Thanks again for you support
