Just got this so I can do some exercise at home as I seem to run out of time for anything outside the house!

Are you meant to do one of the workouts a day? So do a week of level 1, then up to level 2? Or are you meant to do all 3 (please no, I'm knackered from doing1!!)

A week of level one then move up to level two and so on....

Though don't worry if you need to stay on a level longer than a week before moving up.

Thank you - the answer I was hoping for!! I had a sudden panic I had to do all 3 every day.......

Ten days at each level, hence 30 day shred, not 21. Wink

I didn't do it every day, but I also got bored and finished levels before doing 10 days' worth, so I took a little over 30 days to do about 20 actual exercise sessions.

It does work, and it does get easier! Although I also found out, once you stop, even if you stay active, going back to do level 1 out of interest absolutely kills.
