I'm using MFP whilst bf my 5 nearly 6mo. I have been in the gym at least 3 times a weeks since she was 6 weeks old and initially lost about 5kg but I am now stuck at about a stone and a half over my normal weight, I have been seeing trainer and going spinning at least twice and do an 1.5 hour yoga class once a week but I'm really not noticing any difference. Baby is now weaning onto 3 small meals a day so I have cut by bf cals to half.
It's so depressing as I really am working really hard at it.she is baby no 3 and my body is a train wreck after this pregnancy
.she has stayed on the 50th centile since birth. Any suggestions?
