Sorry I have no advice but have been considering this. How do you find it? Are you continually starving?

Sorry for the gatecrash. 6lbs is amazing!

Mummyforman · 30/05/2012 14:52

Hiya, nah, your not gatecrashing :D well i haven't felt starved once if im honest! My first weigh in is tomorrow but my consultant is on holiday so i have to wait till next week, but i will still weigh myself anyways just to see how much in a whole week. I have feel i have a lot of energy now which is fab, i haven't felt bad on it at all to be honest! My neighbour is doing it to lose her baby weight and she suffered a bit with headaches in the first 3 days but paracetamol took these away, i myself had 1 headache on day 1 at bedtime but it soon eased with meds for it. I would recommend it to anybody who is serious about losing weight though! xx

I'm doing Slim & Save which is similar. Done CD in the past though and lost just over 5 stones in 3 months. You feel great after the first few days and your skin starts to look amazing due to all the water you are drinking!

I stupidly put it all back on due to not doing the maintenence and just basically spending the last four years eating everything in sight.

It is a fab diet - hardcore but worth it. You must follow the refeeding steps though and work up through the plans. My brother lost 7 stones on it and has kept it off for 3 years.

There is a thread on here for people on sole source. The Minimins website is great for CD people and receipes too.

Amaze
