I'll summarise my weight this week:

Monday 87.6 kg
Wednesday 85.2 kg (before I got my period, so that's not it)

Saturday (before easy 25 min workout) 87 kg
Saturday (after easy 25 min workout) 86.4kg
Saturday (10 mins later after the sauna) 86.3kg

Today (before workout) 87kg
Today (after workout) 85.8 kg

This is wearing the same thing, on the same scales. I tried to ensure I didn't over or under drink/eat before I weighed myself. Same time of day.

Could it be do to with a food intolerance?

WTF is going on? Confused

weight fluctuates during the day and from day to day - I think that is why they tell you to weigh yourself once a week at the same time of day rather than every day.

p.s. when you work out you will be sweating and therefore losing water which will cause a weight reduction

Thanks Seona. I've had an incredibly stressful week so maybe that was part of it. I've weighed myself before and after workouts and never budged so it's really confusing!

It makes me a bit anxious about trusting the scales, tbh.

My normal weight fluctuates with carb intake in the few days before.

Cut out carbs watch weight drop.

I only weigh myself first thing am - weight fluctuates during day with hydration levels.

I just had indulgent weekend was 58.5kg this morning, hope to drop 1kg of water/carb weight each day....
