is coffeemate fattening?

ok am having a dilemma. is it better to take coffeemate or non-fat milk with my tea?????help moi!!!

Not so much from a diet point of view, but a basic health one, I'd say to go for the milk - its real. Diet wise though - no idea, just that you get the full fat type version, and a lower one, but I don't know what the lower one is iyswim (no cal, or just "low fat")

iirc coffemate has about 1 gram of saturated fat per teaspoon. def go for milk
