It seems I have been following the Paleo diet in all but name for a couple of weeks on advice from a nutrition savvy friend. Having got through the hellish detoxing part I now feel quite fine with it. My question is really, what snacks? Apart from the obvious crudités, I have come up with olives so far.
I could also do to find a kind of "banana equivalent". I want to train tonight, but haven't eaten much at all as I haven't been hungry. But I know I need something to get me through an hour of circuits. Well, I think I do. Or will my body just manage on its stores?
Help please please!
