I can't believe I have never thought about this before
. Im not even sure how to word my question. I'm not trying to lose weight but don't want to put any on having worked hard to shift 2 stone. So, today I have done no exercise and have eaten a big chocolate muffin and bread I didn't need, went over my calorie limit so to speak. Tomorrow I am doing a 60k 2 hour bike ride in the morning and body pump class after work. Will I burn off todays extra calories or should you only tally up calories and exercise on a daily basis? Does anyone even know what I mean?? For example, if you stuffed your face full for 4 days and ate little for 3 and did loads of exercise would you maintain weight ( not suggesting this as obv v unhealthy but trying to explain what I mean) it's using myfitnesspal daily that made me question this. Thanks for reading stupid question!
