Shredheads with bad pelvic floors - any cardio substitutes?

I had my second baby 4 months ago and things still aren't quite strong enough for star jumps and high knees, I can just about manage squat thrusts though. I find I'm doing all of the cardio on the lowest impact possible or just repeating the same ones that don't send me running for the bathroom!

I need to get out of breath and I'm starting to get frustrated now. I can't fit a bike in my sitting room so if anyone has any ideas I would be very grateful.

Plank jacks, mountain climbers - if you can do squat thrusts you can do these as you are plank position and aren't jumping up and down. Advantage is they will also tone your core, shoulders and triceps.

Also squat and kick combo's, so squat down come up, kick to side and then squat down again, you can vary by kicking to front and back or alternate which way you kick after each squat. You could also try jumping lunges, as you don't jump very high that maybe ok as well.

Brilliant thanks, I'll try those, particularly the combo as it sounds knackering.
