hey mums, today is my first day of starting slimming worlds extra easy plan and im actually a little bit excited because theres so much i can eat and no need to count calories, have any of you tried slimming world? if so how did it work for you? also i really need to get onto some sort of exercise plan only like 30 minutes a day nothing too extreme, im going to start swimming with my kids once a week on the weekends but during the week i was thinking about going out jogging for half an hour with my dogs that way i get fit while they get a walk '2 birds with 1 stone' the thing is, is i really would like to jog regularly but when i tried a few times before i was really crap at it! i always ran out of breath and needed to stop and pulled a muscle around my knee so had to stop due to the pain. ive googled and youtubed running techniques and have tried emmulating them but where am i going wrong? again i want to jog rather than run. also any tips on strength training? i really want to tone my arms and tummy after 3 c sections my tums pretty out of shape!
