Neris & India: why can't I have fizzy water?

Planning to start Neris & India phase one for the first time next week. Gulp. I know I have to drink about 10,000 litres of water but they say it can't be fizzy. Surely some of it can be?

I can just about ditch alcohol for two weeks with the help of some fuzzy water in a wine glass of an evening but without?!?!

Also, in India we drank lime juice & soda water with a touch of salt. Would this be allowed as a treat?

Finally, how bad is my breath going to be?

Fizzy water in a wine glass not "fuzzy." Sigh.

Hmmm, the pink book says you can have a couple of fizzy glasses a day but no more. Am not sure why tbh. That would get you through the evening though, wouldn't it, with plain water during the day?

Don't see a problem with the lime juice and salt either - sometimes at the beginning of a LC diet it can be a good idea to slightly raise sodium levels anyway. So you should be okay!

Breath-wise, never had a problem (well, not that I knew of Grin), but plenty of water should help anyway.

Are you going to join the Bootcamp?

I want to join bootcamp but the link doesn't work and I can't find you Sad
