I desperately need to lose weight ama yo yo dieter and don't know what to do next. Did slimming world last summer and worked really well (just did it from recipe books) but found it quite expensive to amke meals and also after about 4 months slipped in to my own way. Tried ww no good for me! i do do exercise and am quite good at that and find that if i eat better i am even moremotivated to do the exercise. Need simple, cheap and effective way to lose the weight, keep it off and keep the willpower. Anyone have any recommendations, i did try paul mckenna but i don't know if i did it for long enough, should i be doing the cd everyday? Any help appreciated. thanks

I do SW and don't find it expensive. I supoose it depends on what meals you are making. I am veggie, so tend to have lots of pasta and stuff.

Can't you just try to eat healthily, smaller portions and do some excercise? (says she who desp needs to lose 3 st and struggling like crazy!!)

Don't deny yourself anything. As soon as you say "I'm dieting, can't have a crunchie, the crunchies will shout out to you!!! If you crave one have the odd 1, but carry on with the healthy eating.

I have done this when I was fed up with SW and WW. It did work, lost 1st quickly, but my will power also went quickly!!!

I hate diets and am always hungry! So I find it hard to loose weight, but I have lost 9lbs since me and 3 friends decided to have a go!
I do low fat because it suits me and if you could see how much i eat you would not believe I am dieting!
As long as the food you eat has less that 4g of fat per 100 then you can eat it!
I eat everythin I want! Cake pizza chips sausages. I do eat healthy food too!!!
Give it a go and see if it works for you!

cheap and low fat foods are...

baked beans
pasta
baked potato/home made oven chips
rice dishes
eggs
tins toms
tins kidney beans
frozen veg is nutritious and good value as no waste - hope this is of some help.
buy nice wholemeal bread at the end of the day reduced price and freeze
you can make loads of meals with these things and a few added ingredients.
