I've got about 3 stones to loose and so joined Weight Watchers online and started following propoints. I lost 3lb the first week, and have just weighed myself this morning and haven't lost any weight. I'm really really disappointed. I've stuck to it rigidly and not even used my weeks worth of 'extra' propoints. I just thought so early on in my diet journey I would expect to loose anorher couple of pounds? Has anyone else experienced this? How do I not get disheartened?
