Can anyone recommend a cheap and effective crosstrainer please?

I don't have time to go to the gym so thought this would be ideal. It needs to be relatively small as I don't have a lot of space in my house and ideally able to be purchased online. I haven't got a clue which are the good brands and which are the rubbish ones so would really really appreciate some guidance. Thanks Smile

Cheap cross trainers are generally not very effective. Better to go for a brisk walk.

Unless there is a medical need for a cross trainer I'd suggest a dvd like "30 day shred" and a couple of hand weights. That way you'll get a whole body workout. And cheaper and takes up less space!

I had a cheap cross trainer - it was good for hanging clothes on Hmm Grin but the resistance levels on it were not up to much, and it was rubbish really.

Exercise DVDs or just going for a run - far more effective and cheaper Smile
