Did shred today and am feeling really pumped and excited (Day1 was yesterday).
Ankle hurts when I walk on it, I had to modify the jump rope bits and did sort of hopping and bits of limping and jumping. REALLY annoying as I was so energised after the thread I dusted off my davina dvd and tried her postnatal work out as well!
REALLY want to carry on with shredding, what is the best ankle support I can get? and what else can I do for it? Should I rest for a day? I don't see the point of going to the doctor, he's going to tell me not to exercise on it isn't he? I really really need to continue with exercise and Shred is only thing that motivates me because it's quick and intense. I have been trying to exercise my ankle all day and it's still sore. I don't even know how to describe the pain, in my head I just keep thinking WHY HAVE I GOT A HURTY ANKLE?? WHY?
