I was wondering if anyone on here still follows the old weight watchers points system. I re-joined last year but,I don't know why, I really couldn't get my head around the new way. It just seemed far more complicated than the old way and I didn't seem to be getting anywhere.
I hung on to all my old books and leaflets so got them out last night and I am going to try and do it from home the old way with my sister so we can encourage each other. Is anybody else still using the old points method?
