Dukan tips / recipes?

I'm on day 3 of attack and getting bored.

I've been having chicken / turkey / ham / eggs / salmon (all plain) and then have had Muller light Vanilla or Toffee yoghurts. Today I have had Philadelphia Extra Light in some scrambled egg, but just googled other recipes and there are a couple of posts saying Philadelphia (even the extra light version) isn't allowed. I thought it was very similar to Quark?

I'm going to try to do a couple more days of attack before introducing veg (going on holiday in 2 weeks so have left it a bit late) but just wondered if anyone knows of anything else that is allowed or any ideas for recipes that might be more tasty.

I apologise in advance if this has already been done before!

Muller light def NOT allowed as contains added sugar (fructose). Maybe allow a couple a week as a treat later on but not in attack. I haven't found any vanilla yoghurts that don't have added sugar (in UK).

The only dairy I eat is low fat greek yoghurt, carb content around 4g per 100g, or cottage cheese (similar).

When I eat strictly dukan its fairly boring - salad and fish for lunch (usually tinned or smoked salmon) with yoghurt dressing. Or if PP just have tuna and cottage cheese (together!) - cottage cheese makes tuna less dry.

Philiadelphia extra light looks ok - look for dairy with less than 5g of carbs per 100g and less than 5% fat. Philadelphia extra light is around 5% fat whereas quark is fat free, but I think philiadelphia would be ok in moderation.
