I love the homemade burgers and chips..with a heap of salad and a fat free dressing. Absolutely love it and you can use syns on the bun and cheese if you want to. We've also tried the cottage pie and stew with mash. I'm making myself hungry!

Chick pea dahl loaf
Tin of chick pea dahl, packet of flavoured (I use mild curry) dried rice made with water, one egg. Mix all together and put in a small loaf tin, cook till done.

Mushy pea curry
chopped and frylighted ! onion, then add 1 tin of mushy peas, tinned chopped tomatoes, baked beans, curry powder to taste. You can add any veg/cooked meat or leave as is.

pancakes
3 eggs, granulated sweetner, I use a hand blender to mix, frylight.

Bean casserole
I used 4 different tinned beans, 1 tin chopped toms, lazy garlic, chilli flakes, 1 onion, bunged in slow cooker for 3 hours and was told it would thicken up, it didn't so used gravy granules, (but I suppose I could've used instant mash). It was rather nice !!

If I am wanting stodge, I make up some instant mash, and put a mug shot on top!

Sorry I can't give accurate amounts as I seldom measure out anything. If you are after any particular recipe let me know I will look for you. Your consultant should be able to help you with recipes or have a look in your library for slimming world cook books. The mags are good as well.
