Hi there, I am going to start Biwi's 2 week Bootcamp on Monday, having read through some of her and everyone else's brilliant threads...I can get my head around what to eat for lunch and tea, but struggling with anything other than eggs for breakfast...could anyone give me some suggestions for breakfast please and also snacks - although hoping of course to not need any snacks after a couple of days....need to shift about 10-12lbs and want to try and be sensible about it, so LC seems the way to go.
