Want to lose a stone before mid June?

I would like to lose a stone before mid June. My weakness is chocolate, I don't drink at all and eat fairly healthy in the day, wrap for lunch, dinner with veg for tea. But then I can eat a whole big bag of aero balls, Caramel nibbles etc after tea. I run about twice a week but can't seem to get any where with weight loss. Any ideas?

What's the reason for losing it by mid june?

That's quite fast loss for one month but if you up the running or run a bit faster and cut out the choc completely, I'm sure you'll make it :)

Holiday :-) I blame hubby for buying the chocolate!! Will try really hard to resist! Thinking of doing 30 day shred DVD too as heard people talking about it on here and saying good things?

If you want to see major results and can be strict for a month, low carbing is a great way to do it, but if you think you'll cheat at all, it's probably better to calorie count (use something like the My Fitness Pall site/app), as you can go over some day and under on others without major problems.

The bootcampt threads on here are for low carbers, and seem v supportive and useful, or there's a MFP thread with a bunch of us on.

Exercise will help hugely, even if it's just a bit of extra walking.
