I'll try to keep it short: have successfully lost just over a stone on SW, last bit of baby weight. Now 9.8 stone. Just about target weight.

I'm v good at being disciplined when I'm 'in the zone' though have been having plenty of treats and slowly losing, so it is a sustainable lifestyle.

Now on holiday (in the uk, self- catering cottage) and appear to have lost it - 4 helpings of homemade cake one day, 8 homemade biscuits on another...

I've never been a binger, think it is happening now because I'm on holiday so see it all as a treat, something I've been trying to train myself out of :(

I know I'll be p'd off if I put on more than a couple of pounds, but
More importantly I want to be able to control myself in situations like this in the long term.

I have, at least, continued my c25k runs successfully.

Any words of advice/mantras/kicks up the backside for me? Please?

I know I'm not on any threads here but read regularly and would really appreciate any support.

Don't beat yourself up over a couple of bad days. Just move on and start each day as a new day of healthy eating.
Congratulations on your weight loss!
