I've gone from 16+ stone to 10 stone 7 ish (it varies!)
I've been maintaining-ish since before Xmas, I was 10 stone 2 before that.
Target weight of 9 stone 7 at 5'7.
So, last push - downloaded My Fitness Pal, set myself 1200 net calories. Started doing Zumba on the Wii (managed 20 minutes then wanted to die! Thought I was reasonably fit ) Plus at least 45 mins moderate walking a day, although I do that anyway.
I'm going to use the same techniques I have been - eat what I want, when I want it, after making sure I do actually want it! Big breakfast (scrambled eggs on toast) every day, lighter lunch, lighter still dinner. No chocolate this week, unless I really want it.
Heavy on the protein, no processed carbs other than morning toast. Weigh in every day - I know it's not advised, but it works for me.
Anyone doing similar?
