Lost a lot, a bit to go - anyone else?

I've gone from 16+ stone to 10 stone 7 ish (it varies!)

I've been maintaining-ish since before Xmas, I was 10 stone 2 before that.

Target weight of 9 stone 7 at 5'7.

So, last push - downloaded My Fitness Pal, set myself 1200 net calories. Started doing Zumba on the Wii (managed 20 minutes then wanted to die! Thought I was reasonably fit ) Plus at least 45 mins moderate walking a day, although I do that anyway.

I'm going to use the same techniques I have been - eat what I want, when I want it, after making sure I do actually want it! Big breakfast (scrambled eggs on toast) every day, lighter lunch, lighter still dinner. No chocolate this week, unless I really want it. Grin Heavy on the protein, no processed carbs other than morning toast. Weigh in every day - I know it's not advised, but it works for me.

Anyone doing similar?

I'll join you. I need to get rid of the last 4 kgs. Am at 55.8 kgs and need to get back to 52 kgs. I did get down to 53.8 kgs before ski hols but had a relapse. The last bit is the hardest. Im 5.4 and a half.
I doing a low carb diet ie. no bread, pasta, rice, sweets etc. Need to restart some form of exercise. I'll weigh in daily as well.
ps. Will find an online wt converter and post in stone from now on.

Excellent!

It's hard to get RL support, everyone just thinks I've lost enough already. So they keep trying to feed me chips and cake. I will still have chips and cake, but not all the time, and honestly, people, it's not a personal insult not to want some!

Me too. I've lost loads but BMI still (just) over 25. I am sick of being told I have to stop now. And people trying to push food onto me. Because I need a treat. I'm a big girl. I know what I need myself and thinking cake, biscuits, chocolate, crisps was a treat that I deserved did me no favours. I'm just over 11 stone and want to lose another half stone to a stone.

Oh my you have done amazing! I have lost 3 stone and have last 7 pound to go. I am 5 7 too and have a target weight of 10 stone but when I get to that weight my boobs disappear! I just want to stick to 3 meals and stop obsessing with food!

Have you done the shred?

Checking in. Im down to 54.6 (hooray!).That's 8st 8.4lb Have been c. 1200 cals and doing some exercise. But it's my birthday this week so am probably going to eat loads of cake and put it all back on. I need to find some willpower from somewhere so that I stay on track.

How are the rest of you doing?
