I have finally decided to do something about my weight but dont know which is best to go for?? I want something that isnt too difficult to work out and that I could fit around you know work/kids etc
I want to lose 2 stone, I was digusted in myself when I weighed myself yesterday at MILs to see I weigh 11st 6lbs!! I only weighed 4lb more when I gave birth!! (im 5foot 4)
MY kids are now 4 and 7 and only work part-time so now is the time anyone any help advice am totally lost on this!!???
