Hi, has anyone tried this online club, if so, is it any good. Am trying to follow wws but don't really find the site or diet very easy. Any info greatly appreciated before I part with any more dosh :-)

Hi I do rosemary conley but I go to a local class no online as I find it better to go to a class and you get an exercise session as well.
Found it a lot easier than a lot of other eating plans as it's not as restrictive as some...
i.e. i did slimming world for ages but got very fed up with it.
At the end of the day its what works for you ww, sw or anything else.
The basics of rosemary conley is as long as it has 5g of fat per 100g you can have it! You will also be given a calorie allowance depending on how much you have to lose.
I lost 7.5lb in 2 weeks...only on my 3rd week tho and its weigh in tonight!

Thanks for that, fantastic weight loss in 2 weeks, hope you had good news tonight. I know I should go to a class but the thought of dragging myself out in the evening is awful and the classes are usually so big ... are you doing the new gi diet?

It is the new GI diet but really its not much different from her old diets.
For the 1st 2 weeks you have a calorie allowance of 1200 calories and no alcohol.
Then after those 2 weeks your calorie allowance increases depending on how much you have to lose.
As long as you stick to the 5% rule its really easy.
I bought the book off Amazon.com and it was really cheap.
