Need to lose about half a stone as weight has gradually crept on since the end of last year. Have a problem in that we have to eat our main meal very late (earliest 9.30 p.m.) at the moment if we want to eat together. Could this be the reason? Not too bad but everything is getting too tight!! Have started gym, going 2 or 3 times a week which should help but just want some "normal" low calorie meals. Favourites everyone?
