Have yoy tried it? How did you feel? Were you always hungry? Did the weight come off and did it stay off? And where did you get it and how much did it cost? Questions questions!! Any info gratefully received am v tempted but would love more info. Thanks all x

I tried it, I think I lost a few pounds but put them on throughout the day, so didnt actually loose anything.

I got so fed up of drinking the shakes and felt like if i had to drink one more I would scream.

I think its quite difficult to keep up. also i know a few other people that tired it and gave up very quickly.

I agree with the above. And it costs 100 quid a month!! Argh!

I tried it, liked the snack bars, but hated the drinks because I can't stand milk. One of our district nurses sells it.

Thanks all. Heard people at gym raving about it but thought it prob too good to be true. Would even be prepared to pay the extortionate price if thought it would actually work!
