I'm coming to the end of Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 (having already done 30 Day Shred) and am looking to switch up my workouts by doing some swimming and core work. Does anyone have any recommendations for pilates DVDs? I have done pilates matwork classes in the past, but I still have a really weak core, not helped by having DS (I find JM's ab exercises mostly impossible) and am hoping to work on this in preparation for TTC no2 and life generally. All suggestions gratefully received. I have approx 20-30mins in the morning to do the exercises.
