Have been doing Slimiming World since last Oct, have lost 1/2 stone + but I yo yo up and down and still haven't got to the 1 stone mark.

I am feeling somewhat disillusioned by S/W and wonder whether to try Rosemary Conley or WW's?? Both of which I have tried in the past!!

I know all the rights/wrongs of slimming/health eating but have a sweet tooth, like to snack/graze - having my jaw wired would probably be the best solution!! :o

Sweet tooth = addiction to sugar.

Either join BIWI's low carb boot camp or join the dukan thread. Either will solve the sweet tooth problem. WW or Rosemary Conley will not solve the sweet tooth problem and the results will probably be similar to SW.

I have joined myfitnesspal for the same reason (holiday looming). MFP is free, I can log everything on laptop (or smartphone but don't have one of those).

I'm logging my food, trying to have less carbs and more protein. I have a sweet tooth too and find if I have less carbs and more protein I'm much less tempted.

is there really any difference between WW/SW/RC? They're all low-fat, low-cal diets, aren't they? Agree with forever about the addiction to sugar - that won't get any better on a low-fat diet because so much of the low-fat food you're 'allowed' is stuffed with sugar to make up for the lack of fat...

Considered low-carb? It's worth looking into if low-cal diets aren't working for you.
