embarked on a hard and intense 5-6 times a week gym routine stopped eating crap upped my good food intake quit drinking alchole and (gulp) caffine and drank my 2 litres of water per day? because i have signed up for the gym today and this is what i plan to do im 26 have two children and have always been resonably fit. Since the little ones it has slipped iv gained around 1 stone it fluctuates and all muscle tone has been lost. Idealy id like to look as good as i once did, lean and toned. Dh is embarking on the same road but has alot more to lose probably 2-3 stone and i think he will not be quite as stricked on the food side of things we all eat healthy but he does tend to snack on junk at night. Can anyone advise?
thanks Smile

I've been told by trainers that it usually takes about 6 weeks to see visible differences. However if you embark on this regime, you will feel your fitness improve within about 2 weeks. I've been using various Jillian Michaels DVD's for about 6 weeks now and am finally starting to see the results both in terms of inches lost and looking more toned. You are quite a bit younger than me though so you may well see results more quickly- good luck!
