What do you eat for the first few days on Dukan?

I need to shop today. Im worried that Im going to get it mixed up with Atkins.

Shopping list:
Week 1:
Meat - esp chicken or turkey breast, also lean beef mince.
Fish - all sorts, tins eg tuna, mackeral, fresh eg salmon, haddock, frozen: eg prawns, coley...
Eggs - loads of them!
Tofu - get one pack if you like it, the marinated one ok as a snack.
Dairy - low fat cottage cheese, natural fat free yoghurt (ideally greek), fat free quark

After attack, add vegetables, ideally non starchy

And of course oatbran.

Did you see that Jenny Murray has regained the 5 stone she lost last year on Dukan?

Dukan is like any other diet - go back to your old way of eating and the weight piles back on. Dukan himself acknowledges that in his book.

FWIW I lost 4 stone. Even when I eat loads on holiday weight gain generally limited to 7lbs that can be easily lost in the first week or so back.
