Best way to tackle saggy skin on stomach?

Have recently lost nearly 2 stone-feel fantastic. But.....am left with very saggy skin around the tummy area (I was absolutely massive when pregnant 3 years ago). Is there a good way to tackle this or is it something I have to accept as part of me now?!

If the weight loss is recent, time could improve it as the skin adjusts... failing that, if the skin has gone beyond its recoverable stretch limit, surgery maybe the only final answer.

What is current BMI? Are your core muscles toned? Until your BMI is around 22 and good muscle tone its impossible to tell.

I have a saggy tummy have three DCs and am doing the 30 day shred. Am on day 7 and have already noticed an improvement . I combine that with extra ah exercises and also a healthy diet so I'm hoping to have a much better tummy in a month or so

Ah exercises = abdomen exercises!

Foreveronadiet-current bmi is 24. Core muscles-fairly toned but could be better.

Return visit-have heard only good things about the shred-may have to give it a go.

Don't think I can face surgery!
