As usual had a brillaint week of managing to not eat crap, going exercising, felt great. Fell ill and into bad habits - lost all motivation. Stuck at home with 2 children and husband that works late.

Anyone done weight watchers online? I've never done a weight loss club (have a stone to loose), is it as good if you don't go to meetings?

I havent done it online, but the meeting I used to go to and the one I now go to doesnt have a 'meeting'. It is weigh in only. I find that I am the most ridiculous sort of person who actually needs to go and get humiliated weighed by someone else. I take DS3 with me since there is no meeting.

Is this an option?

I lost 1.5-2 stone using WW online - this was around 6 yrs ago. I liked it as I didn't have time to go to the meetings. I liked charting the loss on the graph and found that I got to judge the portions/points pretty well in the end.

I am currently on the 7wks/10lbs thread in this forum as I am too tight to pay for WW again! Good luck.
