I want to lose weight and would like to investigate a low GI diet. I am no good at following complicated rules and would prefer something quite simple.

If anyone has any experience or advice please would you post.
TIA

Suprisingly, Tesco have an online diet website that I have used and found to be excellent. There are several diet options but low GI is one of them (that's the one I did). You get weekly meal plans and recipes and can track progress etc online. It also links the meal plans to online shopping, though I've never done that as I use ocado for online shopping.

Bill-how easy is it to do low GI. What have you found to be the pros and cons? TIA
